Our annual Charity Cocktail Networking Event is held at the Royal Automobile Club in Pall Mall, London, with the next event taking place on Thursday 15 October 2026.

Set in the historic surroundings of the Club, the afternoon is a relaxed opportunity for people from across the travel insurance industry to catch up with existing partners, meet new contacts and reconnect with old friends.

The event will be held in the Mountbatten Room, on the first floor of the Club, and will begin at 12.30pm.

An early bird discounted rate is available until 1 October, so early booking is recommended.

We are a not-for-profit association, additional money raised from this event was donated to the Association’s chosen charity, Kids Cancer Charity.

Celebrating it’s 36th year, this small charity provides help and support to children with cancer and their families. Their mission is to improve quality of life, as well as providing emotional and practical support.

Money donated will help the charity providing valuable services such as Play Therapy for the children and counselling for the family. The charity also arrange respite breaks here in the UK, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences to Disneyland.
